Founded in 1994 and regulated by Banque du Liban (BDL) since 1996 as a financial institution, FFA Private Bank SAL has become over the years one of Lebanon’s leading investment firms in the fields of capital markets and wealth management.

FFA Private Bank (Dubai) Limited, a sister company of FFA Private Bank SAL, is a wholly owned subsidiary of FFA Group Holding Limited (DIFC registered company) and operates out of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

The two group of companies with their subsidiaries have a consolidated shareholder's equity in excess of USD 50 Million and over 1.5 Billion in total assets under management.
