Voice Your Complaint

Customers can refer to claim stations available at FFA Private Bank Headquarters, through FFA Private Bank’s website www.ffaprivatebank.com, or by contacting FFA Private Bank claim direct line on +961 960704, sending an email to claims@ffaprivatebank.com, submitting their complaint by letter to FFA Private Bank’s P.O. BOX: 506567-Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Claims will be directly transferred to the concerned entity at the head office FFA Private Bank has set a mechanism that ensures that claims are handled with accuracy and efficiency. 

The Complaint Department will contact the customer to confirm the receipt of the Complaint within 3 working days, according to the preferred time and means stipulated in the above. Customers will be informed of the investigation’s outcome  within 15 days (subject to renewal once only, The Bank shall notify the Customer in case a decision is taken by the Bank to extend the investigation for further 15 days).
