In June 2011 this license was upgraded to category 3 by the DFSA to enable FFA Dubai to provide full-fledged investment banking services. They include:

FFA (Dubai) Limited advises high net worth individuals and family offices and arranges portfolio management and other private banking services including trust and corporate services.
Capital Markets:
FFA (Dubai) Limited provides its clients access to financial markets through a wide network of correspondents covering global and regional markets in equities, fixed income, derivatives and structured products.
Asset Management:FFA (Dubai) Limited arranges a wide range of asset management products focusing on alternative investments, regional equity and fixed income markets, real estate and private equity.
Merchant Banking and Corporate Finance:FFA (Dubai) Limited counsels regional companies seeking sale, acquisitions or capital raising and coordinates cross border deals, placements and alliances.
FFA (Dubai) Limited, a Company that is limited by shares, a wholly owned subsidiary of FFA Private Bank S.A.L, is an Authorized Firm incorporated in the Dubai International Financial Center and regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority. The proposed services, provided marketing material, promoted products or communicated information are addressed and made available to Professional Clients only that are identified under the DFSA rules and regulations and no other person should act upon our financial services and should not be distributed to Retail Clients. |
