Graduated with honors in 2002 from the Lebanese University School of Fine Arts, Oussama Baalbaki participated in three solo exhibitions including: “Paintings in black - 2004, and “Scenes of isolation - 2007”. Baalbaki took part in select group exhibitions as well including: “Golden Jubilee- 2007”, and the “Autumn Salon-2003-2008”. 

He represented Lebanon in the painting discipline at the international “Jeux de la Francophonie” in October 2009 where he won Silver medal.

Paintings will be on display at FFA Private Bank headquarters in Beirut Central District from Thursday March 4th till Tuesday May 4th. The exhibition will be open to the public Monday through Friday from 10:00 am till 6:00 pm.

As part of the bank’s commitment to corporate social responsibility, exhibitions like this one support young talented artists by proudly displaying their work. This event will be followed by other similar exhibitions highlighting an assortment of emerging Lebanese, foreign contemporary painters and/or sculptors.

The Lebanese painter Oussama Baalbaki was born in Beirut in August 1978. He began his career drawing illustrations for magazines and top Lebanese newspapers like As Safir, and later designing book covers for premier publishing houses, including Dar Al Intishar Al Arabi. He painted the Mar Sawirious church in Lebanon, the royal Bayan palace in Kuwait, and numerous murals in Qatar, Syria and the UAE. Baalbaki has participated in several successful group and solo exhibitions.
